What's the difference between this and a regular MK3 SE? The only thing I see are Ti headlights.

The '13 Sport Appearance package has the rear discs, leather interior and a few other little things... The '12 Sport Package had the rear disks, two tone interior (with better bolstering) and the alloy wheels.

It's actually the SE Appearance package, but includes everything from the 12 sport package (except the piano black grille and the limitation to cloth seats).

The leather seats in the '13 SEAP have the same bolstering as the '12 sport pack cloth seats. The 13 also includes the touring suspension just like the 12. The 13 SEAP is actually like a mix of the 12 SE sport and 12 SEL since the SEL is no longer available. Other differences for the 13 SEAP are the better center console, the 17 inch wheels (the old sport wheels are the current base SE 16s), ambient lighting, sync, and Sirius included.

The black pack brings the titanium headlights and fog surrounds, piano black grille, black machined wheels, a different spoiler (black on all colors) and black mirrors.
