I still can't believe that Ford didn't at LEAST put a projector style lamp on this car, similar to the Mazda 3. These are similar in design to my 04' Terminator Cobra...geeez Ford it's 9 years later, get with the program. Maybe you don't have to GIVE us HID's, but at least a nice projector lens assembly. Damn cheap a$$ bastards.

I say this whenever I park next to a prius and see their projectors... Then I become sad.

No he means like the basic black reflector housings but with the clear side reflectors rather than the amber ones afaik.

Personally I'd rather have the o.e. projector housings myself, but they are so expensive, and the aftermarket (nee cheaper) chinese ones don't seem to have a great quality reputation yet based on the ones that failed in one of our member's cars.

Yes, the reflector housings. They look nice for reflectors, but I wish the o.e. projector housings wouldn't cost close to $1500 each new even on a discount through tousley or the like. There was an empty pair from europe for about that much for the two of them, but they were just the housings and none of the ballasts. I'm not sure if I'd want to run normal halogens inside the projector housings like the new Fusion, etc.
