The Asian replacement Headlight assemblies are styled just to ASIAN. Somewhat like when early on when the Asian car companies come out with new sporty models, they were too curvy odd and still are that way now but not as bad. They do calm the curves down on the second and third generations of the cars but that is my opinion. I still like the old American Muscle cars as well as the great looking new Focus's. I hope the light makers calm down the style of the new Focus lights at on some to give a better selection for those who like the more mellow upgrades.

I drive a European FoFo III built in March 2011.
Low beam H7
High beam H1

And regarding those headlights. Apparently the company has quite a good reputation.

Lets not forget that China builds almost everything for the western world.
However, many refuse to believe this.

Judging by the pictures on-line, they do not look any worse than the original headlights.

Hopefully, RDC will be getting some Standard Euro all Black headlights in by early March, at least that the plan. Will keep you up to speed on this

if the '13 ST is using HID, why would one not just order OEM ST lights, plug and play?

Uh... stunned silence. OK, now I've recovered, I can speak.

I was thinking 2014 or 2015 trading up to ST. Not gonna happen, with 6400 dollars in headlights, the insurance would be 500 a month.

Insurance might be much less than you expect.

That wouldn't be my main concern.

My concern would be when the car is 8-years old and out of warranty and worth $6,000 and the headlights are fogged over and cost more than the car's value to replace.
