I have kept my mouth shut about this to more or less see how things fold out... but that is the one thing that ahs been on my mind wondering how we're going to be a large team.... I don't think we can be a large... national team... Not unless the focus gets some promotion in the new fast and furious movie and they make it seem like it's the bomb shit....

I personally don't see the team breaking the 20 member mark... not anytime soon. We're going to have people come and go that's a given. It's going to be too difficult to make a large team when we're restricting tghe membership to a single make (That's the one i'm looking for right? Model would be like se ses s and stuff right?). Maybe we could do an all ford team later on down the road? Before we do that we need to organize ourselves though.... then maybe we could do like Focus/Fiesta/Fusion team. Doing something like that, I could see us growing much larger.

And I already know what some of you are thinking btw... "Wtf now we're talking about letting other types of cars in when we can't even organize our one car club" it's an idea for LATER. We can still keep the name Focalize and when people ask "Why focalize it sounds like a name for foci" we'd just be like "Ya it was, then we expanded". I personally like the idea of letting Fiestas and Fusions in... but lets get organized w/ this before we do that.

i agree. i do believe we ALL, not just people in the team but everybody, need to have a group discussion about all that's being said. we can arrange for that in the late april or may meet.

Merging the common Ford crews is all fine and dandy ... just again ... back to the team just needing to be organized is what I am saying.

I know I new to the group, but here is my 2 cents.
Pooling money into a single account, although sounding like a good idea, has the potential to end up horribly.
If the kind of progress we are trying to achieve, a whole board needs to be established. A President (leader), Treasurer, Secretary (of sorts)/ Historian, etc. I have been members of committees and groups, even a Fraternity (TKE) and this is needed so things keep rolling in the right direction.

Alot of things are being brought up and, ironically, the "FOCUS" should be making us more organized and unified. We are a small group and need to be a STRONG small group.

Attending meets/shows : People have busy schedules. Like me personally, I work two jobs. And I am also a very family-oriented person. Everybody is busy and has plenty to do. As long as a valid effort is made, that should be fair.

There are plenty more things that are going through my head right now, but my fingers aren't working, lol, so this will be enough for now.

This is my piece, take it or leave it. Just trying to help.
