Sealant before wax. Look up Blackfire wet diamond. Good stuff.

If you want a one step, better-than-nothing, something then just do Megs NXT Tech Wax. You can get it at Target, WalMart, wherever pretty much.

PROTIP: If you do the tech wax, let it sit and dry on the surface anywhere from 20-30 minutes for a more durable finish. I've moved on to bigger and better things, but that's what I've heard from NXT users.

You can try a "one-step" product...

I have used this on the wifes van, and it does a pretty good job:

Its on sale too!

They do a good job for the lazier type that dont want to polish, seal, then wax.

Whatever you choose, make sure you go over it once with a claybar before applying.

Can you get any of this stuff at Walmart???
They sell The NXT paste for 9.99 which seems like a good price and cheaper than the ICe stuff from turtle wax.

No, probably not. You used to be able to get AutoGlym HD wax at walmart. I got a tub there about a year ago but I haven't been back to walmart since so idk if they still carry it. If walmart's detailing department is similar to Targets it leaves much to be desired.

I went to walmart and they had one box left of the AutoGlym HD for $20, I don't know if that is a good deal or not. I did buy a can of the NXT 2.0 for $9 for the paste.

$20?! That's really good! I think I paid $30 or $40 when I got it. It retails much higher online. Snap it up. I think walmart only puts out one box at a time idk why but that's just what I've heard.

I saw that in a clearance aisle. Not sure if they also had it in the auto section. Might want to check there too.
