http://www.focushacks.com/index.php?modid=34 thats one way to go about it, but i highly recommend the chrome paint (sand the insides of the vents a little first!) over foil, it just looks more professional in my opinion, foil looks a little half-assed

dude, mine cost exactly 50 times more...
those are just normal LED's that light up... i paid $4 each for hyperled's and they come wired with a resistor and 3 feet of wire... it's more than like 20 times brighter than that tiny LED. also that one is rated at 2 volts so you have to find one hell of a high resistance Ohm Resistor. mine run 9-16 volts DC... (standard car battery rating).... it wont blow out. |

Dude, how come you didn't put 2 LED's in each vent? then you wouldn't have had the reflective problem that you had with the flaps (only half of the vent lighting up)... would you? Thats a pretty cool mod, and I think I will do it when I get back home... tho I will use green.

hey waht did you guys wire your led's to? did you just tap into the cig lighter and use it from there? or would that not be safe? let me know. thanks
