Smaller Tach Size
I am wondering about finding a smaller Tach. I don't want one of those huge 9" tachs sitting on my dash, so I was thinking if I could get one small enough to fit into the slot where my useless cubby hole is, I would mold it into the dash there. It is in the perfect spot so I can see it with my hands on the wheel and I could finally have a Tach in my car *still muttering about that* So does anyone know if/where I can get a "Tiny Tach" hehe.

Yeah kinda like that, except i want just a Tach over there. one of those HUGE ones won't fit so I was looking for one slightly larger than the 2 you showed me. But I haven't seen any that small

No one knows where I can find a tach that is smaller than 6" ? Do they even make them? I am serverly annoyed with the fact that my manual tranny didn't come with a tach... oh well.

lol... yes, they make them. they've made them a LOT longer than they have those 6+" monster tachs. hit your local parts store. kragen has a line called equus. they make a tiny tach that can't be more then 3". should be a standard stocked item.
keep in mind, though, that you'll probably still need to pick up the Ford Racing Tach Driver. Mike

Summit Racing has a couple smaller tachs.
Super Tach II Mini, 8,000 RPM Tachometer, White Face, Chrome Bezel, 2 5/8 in. Super Tach II Mini, 8,000 RPM Tachometer, Black Face, Chrome Bezel, 2 5/8 in.
