you guys shouldn't take supplements like hydroxycut and things of that nature (i don't know the names of any others because i never visit a vitamin store) if you want to lose weight, you can't do it in a month with noticeable results and still maintain a healthy lifestyle, you're trying to lose 15 pounds in 20 days? that's VERY unhealthy, i lost 45 pounds (and then some, considering i gained alot of muscle throughout it) and it's been a little over a year, i don't take any supplements, i'll have a protein shake now and then, and a muscle milk once in a blue moon, you just have to work at it and be patient

oooh typo haha. it was 30 day, not 20. i couldnt keep up with my workouts due to school/work so i backed off of it. while i was taking it regularly, it did work for me. these always have different reactions with different people. i just wanted to get cut up more, and it deffinetly did that

I was like damn 15 lbs in 20 days thats crazy. I took animal cuts like 2 years ago. Had a clean diet and did high intensity interval training and cut off about 18 lbs. That stuff worked wonders for me

Ive done the old hydroxy with ephed precompetition it was great but high doses of ephed are bad for the nervous system and liver so unless your a serious competitor or its life and death to lose 15lbs stay off the ephed. No reason to risk the side fx and never sleep. I found that the new hardcore only works when one takes 2-3 caps every 3-6hrs depending on how long your day is going to be. Theres alot of caff. In it so beware if your caffeine sensitve, give plenty of time before sleep.

I've done a few cycles of hydroxycut hardcore and I definitely felt like i had stronger workouts and more energy. the downside is that i had too much energy. it was hard to sleep sometimes...felt like i had ADD too

this works - 100% guaranteed. You can take all the magic pills you want but if you don't do the right things it won't make a bit of difference.

I took Lipo 6 in high school for 30 days while running 2 miles a day, 2 days a week and got slight results.

I currently take nothing, and run 5-8 miles a day, 3 days a week and have much better results.
