Indiana, Kentucky, Illionois Mountain bike trails?

I am in Mt.Vernon Indiana. Trying to find places to ride. I got Harmonie( new harmonie state park), Scales Lake(boonville,in), Ben Hawes9 owensboro,ky). I was looking at singletrack.com. seen some by Lousiville. Cherokee park, Wilderness Loop & Otter Creek. Anyone know them & have info on them?

Ive been to cherokee park. It was pretty nice. Definetly go to Fort Duffield!!!! It was the sickest mountain bike place ever. There was small jumpa dn big jumps. Im more of a bmx guy, so i dont like jumping my mountain bike because it feels weird. But I hit some small ones and it was so fun. There was jumps that are probly 8 feet tall, but there is always paths next to them so you dont have to hit them. The hill seems to last forever too. It was well worth the 1 hour trip for me! General Butler is right by my school, and its a pretty easy place to ride. It isnt as big as cherokee park though. Ive heard Brown County is nice. Alot of us bmx race guys ride mountain bikes through the fall to keep in shape for next season.

I was invited to go with 6 others to Brown this weekend. it is 3.5 hrs from me to there. but the guys are coming from indy. I no longer do bmx. but i still have a old dyno with all the gt stuff on it from the early 80's.lol. it even moves.......... where is fort duffield? also i am like you. a 1 or 2 foot jump but no 6 or 8. i jst got my frst hard tail. i always had dual suspension. this new one also is a 29er.

Dang that looks sick! It is in louisville, I am in class so idk the actual address. Sorry. The park is actually called fort duffield. Its an old civil war fort i think. you will like hardtails! ive never had a full suspension bike besides crappy walmart ones when i was younger. lol i want to go back to fort duffield because my dad bought a gopro helmet cam when we went to rays mtb over winter.
