Driver side floor UNDER the seat, so it could be from under the steering column, door, console or seat. I've gone over almost everything and it's really driving me nuts, lol.

I looked around with the numbers shown. Seat belt assembly came up but no location, picture, or info. And that was on some Euro site. I've never anything like that.

Weird; I had that thought, but all parts of my seatbelt assemblies are covered... It kind of looks like where you would take a panel off to access a spool or mount point for a belt since the one side is flat, but weird... I tried googling the numbers, but I got nothing, so you got better results than I did!!!

I'll let you guys know if I eventually find it.

It looks like a rear shoulder belt cover. Try looking around up on the rear package tray.

That's what I thought; I looked up there and it's all one molded piece... Didn't check the bottom, I guess... Could be underneath or something... Hrm...

Looks like a seat belt trim cover that you would pop off to access a bolt-to remove an assembly perhaps.

Looks like the cover to the obdII port cover off a mk2 focus.
