Hey Brad, Thanks, Well I picked up the engine over on FJ . It came with the
block , Crank, Rods, Bearings ,The head and the valves, cams , cam gears, the FRIM the ARP mains and head studs. All the engine work was already done.( As far as the boring/honing , the porting of the head and the FRIM)
I paid $2000.00 for it shipped...I paid Victory Engines to balance the rotating assembly and assemble the bottom end. Thet was another 600 bucks. So then I had them assemble the heads , install the cams and do the valve clearences .That was another 300. So I got 3k in the engine. I have also picked up the rest of the parts from FF and FJ . Like the WG and BOV the 75mm TB and all the other stuff. So were closing in on $4,000. And there is still more to do . I wound up going with the Competition Clutch stage 4 solid hub and the Fidanza Flywheel..

EDIT: I forgot the engine came with custom Weisco 12.5 : 1 pistons. I traded those for a couple sets of CVJ racing axles. And bought the JE 9.0 : 1 `s. Another 500 bucks. Shit adds up fast.

Yeah, I am going to break in this engine with the turbo set up I have now. We will see what the max is on the 5250 SPA . So far this turbo has been on the car for over 10,000 miles and trouble free. Should be able to get 300, maybe 325 out of it. Then gonna get with Tom and see where I want to go. I am thinking 400 max , and run it around 300, 325 on the street. And the SPA manifold is capable of that. So I will probably keep it simple, at first. And then go with a return fuel set up.
