if you have a problem with someones post. report it to the moderators, or S T F U.

no reason to go vigilante on us...

as i said before, many times. i think it looks cool, but rather pointless. no reason to take all of my comments out of context.

I think it's more of a 'bashing someone's idea' thing there Urn. I read your post and yeah it is pointless as far as a performance issue goes but as a cosmetic change to the very limited things you can actually do with a ATX shifter, it's a really cool idea IMO.

geez let it go, he did it, he is enjoying it, let it go. Haters S T F U, You are not in his car, you don't own it, so why do u care? if you don't like it, great. just don't tear it to threads becuz u don't like it. The kid thought it was a good idea and shared it with u guys. why bitch?

alright now i know that it does not gain any performance. On a technicality, it is shorter throw, the fact is the thing is shorter and it is indeed easier and more accurate way to shift. Whether you wanna argue that or not, be it as so. As far for the performance benefits, i know there shouldn't be any. so there, thats that, quit bickering on this. Its like this thread is full of 3 year olds

simplydomesticsfocus....

please tell me where i said i dont like it? if i remember correctly, each and every post i have made in this thread i have stated it looks cool. (i believe this is the seventh time, for those of you keeping score at home)

i simply pointed out the fact that there is no performance gains. and that point the thread starter stated that "nope see your wrong i thought the same till i shifted it threw the gears manually ... quicker and eassier push shorter for the shifter to go!"

while you may be able to move the stick a little faster. it is still an ATX. there are no performance gains from this mod.

i would love to quit bickering about this, as you suggest. but as long as i am attacked, i will defend myself.

if you have a problem with any of the posts in this thread, there is this nice little link on every single post that says "report this post to a moderator." if you dont want to utilize that link. then [:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)]* off.

You just contradicted yourself, you said it may move a little faster, but no performance...well..isnt that what my short shifter does, move a little faster...if its more comfortable for him to drive the car that way, then, in a sense, it is better performance, because he is tailoring the car to his driving style. Leave the automatic trans thing out for a second, the mentality around here that people with ATX are slow pokes that don't know anything is the most bullshit thing ive ever heard, and ive never experienced it on any other car forums. He likes it, makes it easier for him to get through the gears = performance for him..

now [:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)]* about it, lol
