DAMN! You are making us all jealous!!! Most of our cars should be completed tomorrow, and then we just have to wait for them to be shipped!

And other are waiting for our VIN

My dealer got a white titanium in over the weekend and I went to check it out. Now I can't wait for my car to get in.

In Detroit it is to the point I am seeing multiple of them on the road every day. I've seen at least 3 every day since Friday. That, my friends, is killin' me...

And still no window sticker. C'mon! Just checked again... nope!

Yeah I'll definitely want to get projector lamps if at all possible with this car. HID's are just FTW all around.

How "bad" are the headlights - particularly low beams- on the Focus? The lows on my 2010 Fusion are terrible - unsafe at 70mph. Easy to overdrive them.

How would I / How much would it cost to "override" the headlights

are we talking converter or just buying a new bulb from Canadian Tire / Part Source?

I just have to jump in and beg people - please, if you modify your headlights, make sure the projection pattern and aiming is still correct. I don't have a problem with people modifying their vehicles, I have a problem with people doing it wrong.

When people just throw non-stock bulbs in their car and do nothing else, they can create a serious hazard for other drivers. This is exactly why HID mod kits became illegal in the US for street vehicles (but obviously that isn't enforced). Hopefully we will be able to import the euro HIDs, cause that is going to be the safest way to do this.

Yeah, nothing is more fun than being blinded by some douchebag in an SUV with his HIDs right at mirror level. That's safe...

I remember reading somewhere that you're really overdriving your HIGH beams at even 60 miles per hour. I think the cutoff was 55mph. Not certain on the numbers, as there are a lot of variables that go into this. It's an interesting thought though.

...and I hate those HIDs. I recently installed a LED headlamp on my Harley and the change is AMAZING. Well worth the cash. If there was a similar product for the car, I'd get it in a heartbeat.
