Its nothing but zeros. At any rate I found a solution.

The dealership I ordered my car from was out of allocation for Focus Titanium's which is the reason my VIN hadn't been issued yet. It would have been nice to know that before we ordered the car, they originally told us 8-10 weeks, but figured it would be an additional 10 weeks before the car got there. I really didn't want to wait that long so I called another dealer to see if they had any on the way which they did. So my dealer has tagged that car, and it will be here in 3 weeks its currently in transit.

Its a bit different than the one I ordered but that's ok.

Stealing Gray is now White and no parking package is now parking package.

Order Date: July 11th
Date I got pissed off and took action: Aug 21st

Oh If I post the VIN can someone tell me when it was built and shipped?

Put your VIN after the equal sign. The build date is in the bottom middle below the barcode and will look something like this "BH161 N REC2X 230 000999 08 16 2011"
The last three numbers are the date, in my case 08 16 2011 or August 16th, 2011.

Also welcome to the white titanium club. Seems to be a popular choice, though I realize it wasn't your first. Shame your dealer didn't inform you they had no more allocation, I would be livid.

Congrats and good for you on taking action. Would have sucked to keep waiting all those weeks.

Just got my 2012 Titanium on Saturday. I ordered it in June. When I placed the order, I ordered the 17" Polished Alloy wheels, and it came with the Painted ones instead. They made a mistake when ordering it and used the wrong code. The dealer gave me the option of not taking delivery, and they would get me the correct wheels. However, they weren't sure how long it would take. The other option was to take delivery, then be responsible for replacing the wheels myself (if I so choose). I decided to take delivery with the wrong rims. Anyway, does anyone have any idea how much I could sell these wheels for once my new ones come in...assuming that I don't curb them and they are in like new shape. I figure they will have approximately 1-2K miles on them by the time the new ones come in.

Polished 17"s aren't an option on the Ti. I know because when I ordered the painted 17s she just wrote "17 alloy" and when I went to sign and confirm the sheet I was like "woah woah woah, you need to write painted in there, I don't want polished". She assured me it wasn't an option. Even the brochure I have only lists the standard 17", painted 17" or 18"

That must be a Canadian thing. I have my window sticker with the 17" polished wheels on it. On the "build your Focus" site it shows the 17" polished wheels as an option.

Hmm you're right. Weird thing to be regional, the polish is available on lower trims so it's not like you can't get it in Canada. Oh well.

ford.ca and my brochure don't list it as an option, but ford.com sure does.
