Agreed with you 100%. Natasha has been great and very helpful. My dealer has not contacted be once, I even had to talk to the manager to get the first set of info to give Natasha. Without her help many of us would be lost. The local ford dealer experience this time around has been real bad.

Yes Natasha is great, I ordered a silver sel hb on 7/25 she checked yesterday no VIN yet but I just checked the Donlen Ford Production site and the Focus has been updated as of 8/8 to 14 - 16 weeks. UGH !!!

She was able to provide me with confirmation that it is in transit last Thurs so not sure why she said that (unless she means she can't provide any info in between those two events - finished production and in transit).

Didn't ask her about rail car though! Might do that this week.

My window sticker showed a build date of 8/5/2011 but Etis is now showing a built date of 8/8/2011 which is much more promising than the 2002-02-03 or something weird date it was showing last week.
My dealer still thinks the car will get here sometime this month on the week of the 15th!

Is this "Natasha" a ford rep or dealer rep?
