meh are sales managers really that busy they can't e-mail someone back after 5 hours? lol

Na, I'll give them until tommorow to answer, if not I'll call just hate making personal calls at work.

I emailed mine over three days and didn't get a reply so I sent one complaining about the poor customer service to everyone I had an email address for at the dealership and still didn't get a responce so I called only to find out from the Salesman, "I only check my email about once a week." Dah!

This is 2011 everything goes through text messages and emails. How can you check your email once a week and have good customer service?

I am going on three days of my Focus being in-transit from Wayne, MI to Redford, MI. Either some ford employee is out joy riding in my hatchback, or the fastest a new Focus will go is 5 miles per day.

My experience with Ford has been horrible. It takes days for emails to be answered... calling is a waste of time since everyone is "busy" and helping other customers. When you ask for the manager he's at a different store and can't help you.

I'm fed up. I placed my order a month ago and have not gotten one shred of information.

Terrible customer service. If I knew the service was this bad I would have gone to another brand.

I think the blame is on the dealer and not Ford, to be honest.

Correct, don't blame Ford for BAD dealers. My dealer is just the opposite of yours.
