Doesn't matter if it was done for "free" or not, IMHO. Yeah, you wanted tint (who in San Antonio wouldn't?) but who's to say that they did it using the materials that you wanted? My dealer offers a tint package but I don't want it specifically because they use a metallic tint and I don't want that because of its possible effect on cell phone reception.

I would have complained. But what can you do, it's already be done.
I completely agree. When I lived in Tucson, I always hated that the largest dealer group had a mandatory option called the "Desert Protection Package". It costed $995 and didn't even include tint. I know F&I guys will say that its illegal for a dealer install to be mandatory, but how many customers tell the dealer to take that garbage off?

Original build date/week for me was May 16th, window sticker had Saturday, May 21st, ETIS just updated showing my build date as yesterday, May 24th. Seems like all builds got delayed for some reason over the past week. Wonder what the reason is behind this considering they were saying that had the lines pumping them out pretty fast?

I was waiting for this as it was something I normally consider when buying a car. I took a chance when I ordered by Sterling Gray Titanium that before the crash results where out that it would hold up well in a crash:

"The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety said Thursday that 6 of the 13 small cars it most recently tested are top safety picks. They include the 2012 Ford Focus and Honda Civic and the 2011 Hyundai Elantra, Nissan Juke, Lexus CT 200h and Toyota Prius."

4-door also is called a saloon.

That's because etis is meant for Ford of Europe, not U.S.
