Sign up (FREE), ignore the supplement plugs (how they make their money I guess lol)... One of the, if not THE, best... I've ran it on and off for a few years now... Love it! The basis of the work out is focusing on high intensity, short term training (5 days a week, 45min to an hour and 15 minutes or so), low rep, high weight, 1 muscle group worked per week. I've followed the program on and off for a few years now and have had pretty awesome results and refer people to the program often, all whom love it. It's pretty hardcore.
