tune benefits
i am currently running on my zetec an intake, header, hfc, exhaust, coil, plugs and wires. would i benefit from a tune at all and how much is toms tune? also is a wideband necessary or will an air/fuel ratio gauge suffice?

you would benefit even if you had no mods...I think Tom sells the xcall 3 w/unlimited NA tunes for 399 plus shipping, not 100% sure though. he likes you to have a wideband but I dont think it is necessary, it really is a good idea though. Where in NY are you??? I'm in SI.

a tune will help you get the most hp out of your mods, and you have quite a bit so you should see a drive-ability difference, but don't expect a huge hp gain. your car stick or automatic? if its auto you'll see a bigger difference, if its stick look into upgrading the rear dog bone engine mount, from what i hear it helps a lot for 5spd's. a wideband isn't necessary but it helps to get the exact A/F ratio thats all, again to get the most out of the tune.
