Beef up the legs you increase all lifts, including upper body... Boosts testosterone big time hitting the legs hard.

I've always had chicken legs, things are finally starting to turn around though. Squats are my favorite exercise....now. I've always been "strong" up top though. I think my T levels have increased, I feel younger.

best deadlift how to I found. I used to really get my ass down like a squat. My lower back would hurt for 2.5 days after. Not nearly as bad after I tried this.

Seems that way. I"ve always had powerful legs and a weaker top end

the way i gained weight in the army was only eating three times a day, but i ate as much as possible which slowed my metabolism down and worked out every day. bad part is when i came home i lost weight cause i dont eat as much but i go to the gym. im a small guy 5'6'' and i weight about 135. that said though im pretty buil for my size and strong too. but i keep having trouble gaining weight.

Work on dips & weighted dips which improves your bench press... Also mix in db presses and hit inclines and mids.

To improve squats u can try mixing in some squat down to a seat then explode back up and Bb lunges as well :-D

My weakness was always bench press and I can finally rep 315lbs 4-6 times (no spot)... Got my squats up to reps of 465lbs :-D
