ive only really got one bad habbit, and thats drinking..even then i started that a 22 years old...as for smoking ive never tried it...one of my old co workers from my last job smoked all his life(he was in his 60's)..he just quit cold turkey one day he said...no help whatsoever..just took his last drag and crumpled the package up and said "well, guess im done with that"...that lasted 20 years...dont know what hes up to know, but im sure hes still off them things...quiting anything is a state of mind.
