Setting goals
One of the biggest mistakes people make when setting weight loss goals is making them unrealistic. When you set large goals it takes so long to reach them that most people end up loosing hope and eventually give up. You should take your main goal and then cut it down into stages. For example say you have a goal of 50 pounds weight loss set your goal in 10 pound increments since its far easier to hit a 10 pound goal than a 50 pounder. Even though the end result is the same you will feel better about yourself when you hit it stage goal and it will give you incentive to reach the next one.

You should package that idea with a dvd set and make millions. It really is a good idea people never account for...the "empty area on the plate" social mistake. I'm serious too, that is a great idea once again.
