I had a good idea... but I think it's going to be ALOT more expensive than i was thinking it would be.... the one place i looked at so far I'm like "Are you effing serious?" when i see the prices...

I made mention of My concerns about their pit not being seasoned well enough to produce good 'cue. Sorry to say, I was right. I think the only worse 'cue I've had around Austin is Bill Miller, which is by far the worst I've ever had, and I've had 'cue in almost every state I have been to.

I dont really eat bbq alot and to me theirs was good just way overpriced. If i would have known we could have ordered sandwiches like vonkrause did then we would have. Were their prices that high before adam from man vs food went there?

Actually Bill Miller fried chicken and BBQ sandwiches aren't bad, you can get a combo for $5

yep it was pretty expensive way before that, but I think people should still visit the Driftwood location sometime. I suggested that one in the original idea thread but the vote went to RR due to location. There also some wineries and other stuff out around Driftwood to make a nice day with a lady before you stuff yourself silly with Q
