Shock Adjustments????

I ordered H&R race springs and Koni yellows. My main question is what adjustments are ya"ll using for auto-x and then what adjustments for street on your adjustable shocks. And for those of you who have this set up or similar what kind of difference did it make in your times. If it makes a difference on the adjustments i also have eibach sway bars and hawk hp plus brake pads. I'm hoping these are the key to 1st place in my st class.

I have the Konis with the Sportlines (sportlines suck). When I went from the Prodampers (suck worse then the springs) to the Konis my times dramatically improved. I have front and rear Eibach Sways as well. I have the front damper settings on the stiffest setting and the backs pretty soft. One complete rotation usually. If you go to stiff in the rear you will be over steering all over the course with that Rear sway.

Yeah i have the pro-kit right now and it is way to soft, and i heard the sportlines wasn't much better. That"s why i went with the race springs. i figured the front would go to stiffest but wasn't sure about how to do the rear. It's hard to tune the suspension on the street when it's a car that handles this good. I'll start with what you said and go from there. Thanks for the response.

Yeah, the sportlines are not nearly stiff enough for the amount of drop in the spring. I have similar settings to WUGcatsvt on my car.

I've been running the prokit with the stock SVT shocks and it got me second overall for the season so hopefully these are enough to get 1st.
