On tech approved no, there will be no door bars, fire system, fuel cell, or like you said a fuel seperation fire wall. If I like the way everything is going with the car I might enter it in some competitive hill climb events down the road or because of the rarity I might keep it as as a weekend driver/track day car.

Things are starting to move again, I have the remaining missing parts of my suspension in the mail. I also have a time table of where I would like to be. I am still aiming for Focus Rising but it looks more and more bleak that I will actually make it. I will be finishing up lots of odds and ends so hopefully I have at least one update a week for the next couple of months.

April:
-Rest of suspension install
-Tires on wheels and mounted
-Last of electrical finalized and mounted (there will still be some odds and ends I'm sure but I would like to get anything missing in the dash and engine bay finished)
May:
-Gauges
-Brake and fuel Lines installed
June:
-last of engine components installed including custom intake manifold

Like I said I would like this to be completed by June but I can easily see this being pushed into July but at least it will be running this summer.

RS collection grill that I had powdercoated (I think it looks much better this way)



I had to order door bezels from Germany to fit the door cards fro right hand drive, well they showed up more grey charcoal than black so I dyed them to match and I think they turned out pretty good!

It was called showroom new black dye, I believe I picked it up on ebay but it seems like a really solid product.
