More power?

I saw on FSWerks site the SCT x3 tune adds 6hp. Are there any other tunes / flashers that will add more? I have a hard time spending almost $400 for 6hp.

Current mods are:
Steeda SRI, 65mm TB, FSWerks Stealth Exhaust (2.5"). Planning on doing an OBX header in the near future.

It's more than just power, How 'bout all around driveablity too, Huh! It takes a lot of time & beating on the dyno, don't you know. Many, many hours. Isn't that worth something, Huh? Why don't you try freeing up the motor, w/ a balance shaft delete plug & a windage tray & a under drive pulleys, & use Mobil 1, Huh!

Actually, this is my daily driver. I just want it to be a little zippy, not trying to tear the motor apart too much

6 hp on a 100 hp car is a 6% increase.

I was hoping for 15+ increase from a tune to be honest. If that's realistic

EDIT: I'm staying N/A. I'm not even considering putting a turbo on my car, or N2O

If you do go with the header, a tune is recommended, especially since you have a CAI, and exhaust. It is something you should probably do in the near future just for your cars sake lol Good luck!

With the mods listed, a tune will be more than 6 hp. To take full advantage of your mods, you need a tune.

Just because you see a dyno that made 6hp from a tune does not mean you will see a 6hp gain , people selling tunes post there best dyno and being that no 2 cars are the same you could see 2hp gain from a tune or the 15 your looking for

This is why when people ask I dont give HP gains from a tune because the answer I give wouldnt be truithfull , dynos linked to tunes or tunes linked to dynos are for suckers

say, streetracer, if you look in this section I have a post about bad gas mileage... i have pretty much the same modifications, steeda SRI and FSW cat-back 2.5 inch... are you having any issues like that? I'm getting like 29mpg's... not sure what's up with the car.

You think getting 29 MPG is BAD? lol Thats about what I get all the time if I baby it.
