I'd do less rear toe= 0.020 total

Yep, the SVT toe spec of 0.04 inches seems to work well in most instances.

It should already be taken into account. I ordered mine at the price they sent me, and received the box a week or two later. You should be good.

Yeah of course, because you live in usa...here in canada, everything or almost everything that's ship here, we pay 2 taxes, custom fees twice the shipping...actually I would really appreciate being in california right now :P and also to noticed that road here are 95 % potholes XD
