hey come on now...... a former coworker of mine said he had a cousin's friend with a turbo civic that turns 1000rpms and pops wheelies. I'm sure it probably had an ebay turbo kit on it too.

OMG!!!!! It must have a Wartsila-Sulzer RTA96-C in it!!!

If you don't know what the RTA96 is... google it. It's actually a good read.
