Zex Wet Kit Nitrous

Hey all,

Decided its time to sell the nitrous. I had it installed and operating last year and it was a ton of fun with 45hp jets. It pulled very very well even on the small shot. I havent used it in a while though and it doesnt really fit into the backroads driving and auto-x I like to do so here it is!


The kit is a Zex Wet setup, used but totally functional. I have the CFM fuel rail adaptor as well ($40 value!). Ive bought and installed a new main line for the nitrous which has seen very little use. I also had to buy switches, the bulkhead fitting for the nozzle and some other small bits. I know for sure I have jets for a 45shot as well as 75 (new). I also have the jets for a 65 and some assorted other sizes. Bottle and control box were painted gloss black by the previous owner and arent the prettiest but show OK. Control box works perfectly and would just have to have the wires extended to suit your application. Bottle was refilled with 10lbs of nitrous this summer and never used ($50 worth of gas). Also has a Jegs pressure gauge on the bottle. This is 100% COMPLETE and ready to run! Just do the wiring!

Zex RPM Window Switch- HAS BEEN SOLD!

Zex Remote Bottle Opener- Comes with wiring, switch and opener. Very helpful so you dont have to get out and go around back to open the bottle. Works nice.

Zex Bottle Warmer- Heats Nitrous to optimal temp, wraps around bottle. I was using a lighted switch from autozone which ill include as well as the one it came with if I can find it

it should, I think bottles are pretty standard. if you look to the pic youll see a clamp on the bottom of the opener. theres a 2 piece metal circle that goes around the bottle neck and the purple housing goes over that, then the clamp keeps it in place. I believe I have a second adaptor for the top of the bottles valve (part that gets turned)

Do you have any video of your d20 running on the n2o?

sorry no videos, i wish! on a bolt-on d20 with a 75 shot expect to be close to a FSwerks stage 2 turbo car for power and exceleration. on a 45 it moved too though lol. never tried the bigger shots
