not fair?

so i had a member agree to purchase my svt header for $350. the next day, he says he would rather buy the fswerks header, and would like a refund. i told him i cant to that, as all sales are final, and he opened a claim with paypal against me. fair? I have not shipped the item, we agreed upon shipping tomorrow.

Guys enough of the cussing and acting like a child resolve this like adults or I will LOCK this thread.

drostedrummer89 you haven't shipped the item yet to zinsavage123, I agree with you on it not being fair but things do happen, but if you do decide to refund zinsavage123 the money I would leave a respectable BST Rating on zinsavage123's profile explaining how he bailed on you.

zinsavage123 you did send him the money so drostedrummer89 has the right to refuse a refund. You agreed to the terms of sale when you sent him the money.

Please figure it out in a civil manner or I will close and remove this thread and BOTH of you will receive infractions and the one not being civil could lose their BST Forum Access for good!

I'm not acting like a child. I have handled this responsibly from square 1. I sold him an item, he paid for the item and asked that I ship it out today. He asked me tonight if I had shipped it out. in a completely different message he asked if I would be mad if he asked for a refund. I said yes, I do not want to refund the item, he agreed to pay it. He then opened a dispute in Paypal, and I am somehow forced to refund the item? He agreed to purchase it and I already spent the money.

Wasn't referring to you acting as a child, mainly the childish cussing from zinsavage123.

The way I see it zinsavage123 you paid for the product so you accepted the terms of sale. Whether your Girlfriend logged in under your account or not is not drostedrummer89's problem. The way I see it, you paid for it, now deal with the terms of sale. drostedrummer89 should not have to refund you because you changed your mind.

Purchasing stuff through the BST is much like going to a swap meet(flea market, or whatever). That said, imagine if You will that You had just bought something from one booth and before the guy can hand You the product You notice that the guy in the next stall has the same product for a bit cheaper. Do You really expect the guy You just bought from to give You Your money back because You want to buy it from the guy next to Him? Sometimes in Life You feed the poop sandwich to folks, sometimes You have to eat it.
