Looking at what has been said, I would continue on what your plan is on shipping it of to zinsavage123. You as the seller reserve the right to refund or not once payment has been sent. Unfortunately for zinsavage123, he has bought the header as you are claiming the sale to be final which is a respectable decision you hold as the seller.

zinsavage123, you should have looked into other options before agreeing to the terms of sale when you sent the paypal. It is not drostedrummer89's fault that you changed your mind after paying him. As the seller he reserves the right to refund you or not. Also I recommend not allowing friends to purchase things under your account and you are at fault for doing so.

it would work the same way if some had offered him $400 for the header and he refunded yuor money cause he got more, i bet zinsavage would be mad if that happened....

on my way to fedex now. If you end the paypal issue, I won't leave you negative feedback about attempting to back out of our deal. otherwise, paypal will see that you are at fault, and you will receive negative feedback from me as well as whatever consequences paypal has.

Ive done the same thing. Bought a wrong part, my fault not the sellers. Didnt ask for a refund, just posted it up for sale again. I even lost a couple bucks. But a deal is a deal. Just like a hand shake... happens, some times in a sandwich!!!

issue was resolved with no other issues, buyer complied and accepted part, and dropped Paypal dispute. seems like a good guy that simply wanted something else.
