i dont know. belt slippage since its wet out?
also dropping down a gear is your freind.
you can hit teh speed cut off in 4th gear.

I have no clue. It's done it when it's dry as well. The only other time it has happened is when I've been on the freeway, and got hit with a huge gust of wind. So I don't think it's a belt..but I could be wrong.

reminds me of the squeal jakes car had. but his would happen evry time you got on the as period.if i remember his cat was clogged all to piss and his egr was acting like an outlet for built up pressure. making an insanly loud whistle at any speed. scott helped him fix it, and he would know more about it.
