Thats what I was saying. The louder, and imo BETTER exhaust is cheaper. Which seems weird to me but whatever..

And I know..I loveee Borlas..but they're too expensive for me I think.

I'm an advocate for the custom exhaust route personally. Want me to trow up a sound clip on my d23 magnaflow? It was done at CMBest mufflers in Waukesha, tiny little shop but the guy who owns it used to work at a shop in Milwaukee for ten+ years.

Used a magnaflow 12616 muffler that I got for 80 bucks brand new, and then 180 bucks to install it with a decat and 2.5" all the way

This with Borla muffler. Great system, and is all stainless. Best bang for your buck in my opinion.

If you plan on going with any type of forced induction, go to a 2.5 inch, but you will lose some torque that way. 2.25 inch is great for a NA Zetec.

Here is a vid of the Trubendz with a Magnaflow, I can't find a vid with Borla.

I dont really ever plan on going forced induction. I'd like to. But not on a car with 126k on the odometer and climbing..rapidly. lol.

Ooo..Ryan likey! And $330 for everything? That sounds like a plan, Stan. I will be looking into this after I get my car fixed. And get new wheels and tires. Those are first on the list.
