One bonus of having an ST Gabe, is that you already have the rally brakes on your car. The kit from Ford Racing is equivalent to the brakes that came on the ST's from the factory.

Oh i was thinking rally brakes like the brembo bbk... Whups :) but yes rear discs are indeed fun!

And let's not forget the good old independent rear suspension.. Or do all foci have it?

Yeah, all Foci have the same general suspension set-up, with just the springs, shocks/struts, and sway bars being different, depending on the model and options. The front brakes in the rally kit from FR are the same as all '05-'07 Foci, and the kit was offered originally so that 15" wheels would clear the brakes, as most Spec Rally wheels are/were 15" ones and they won't clear the SVT brakes. So it was a way for them to offer a brake upgrade for the '00-'04 Foci, along with offering just the rear brake upgrade for all of the non-ST '05-'07 Foci.

By the way..these exhaust websites suck. How is one supposed to know if they want to buy your exhaust if they have no idea what it sounds like on their car before they buy it!? Ugh. Flowmaster doesn't have any sound clips. Neither does Steeda. Haven't looked at Borla yet.

And none of the Youtube exhaust videos specify WHICH exhaust they're running. Just the brand. Fml.

EDIT

So I see the FSWerks Race Performance exhaust is only $389.95..which first of all, is louder and better sounding (imo) than the Stealth exhaust, yet more expensive, which I don't understand. And second of all, is possssssibly in my price range. Well, it IS in my price range, just trying to be responsible (somewhat) with my tax return. Lol.

I think I want it...

But I'm assuming it's probably not street legal? I don't know..doesn't sound THAT loud to me. But I'm a noob.

Not legal at all.... Ive been pulled over for my FSW stealth exhaust.... but thats because WI exhaust law is a sham.... "any exhaust equipment that isnt stock to the car" is illegal. so even if your exhaust rusts out (like it will in wi) and you get it replaced somewhere its technically illegal because its not the exhaust that came on the car... though if its that close to stock noone will notice.. but how the law is written is ridiculous.

Ryan, the FSW Race exhaust is $60 cheaper than the Stealth ($389.95 vs. $449.95).

And if you can find one, I'd go with the Borla, it just sounds so sexy.
