Great thread so far. I'm not worried about my legs. I've always been lucky to have naturally muscular legs. And as fort the terms I use, I have no clue what the terms are so you're poetically right. My apartment gym is limited so I use what I have. And I'm not working om muscle build, yet. I'm really focused on fat burning. I'm really find start trying to work out in the mornings so I can see the difference in results. I've lost about 7 pounds in about 3weeks so far. So I'm definately getting results. Ill definately take any advice given.

that's awesome! its about how you see yourself in the mirror, not what the scale reads... everyone is their own best critic, and thats all that matters.
Keep up the work!

I do heavy weight lifting (5x5 sets) 4 days a week (bench day, deadlift or rows, press, and squat days), and when I am not gorging myself on pizza and beer on the weekend, I eat a paleolithic diet during the week. I need to be much more strict on the diet.

Yea, the scale sucks. Mine stopped moving. But I notice clothes feel different. I'm guessing my fat is being transfered to muscle already, maybe. Eating right is the hardest part.

Another problem of mine is soda. Even worse it's the diet soda!! I mean I do drink water, but I can only drink so much of it because it won't quench my thirst. I have been trying those little Crystal Light packets. It helps a little but I still sneak in a soda here and there.

I was given an extremely high metabolism from my father. I take creatine to gain muscle mass. I work out here at work (small gym) everyday...mostly bench and lat pull downs and curls...mighty mouse look until I work on these legs.
