wow thanks guys! Thats really helpful, now I know what my problem was. I'm still getting a new dogbone, cause I am certain wheel hop doesn't help with traction. And I'm probably gonna grab some steelies for my Yokohama K520 19555R15's. The smaller size definately made my car faster, and I don't wanna burn up my new tires

Last time at the track I easily ran a 15.8 when before I had to try hard to get. Also practice, practice, practice. I have lot's of runs on my car. You will learn it just takes time and sometimes parts lol
how are you trapping 88mph?

6k is safe, but I don't think 6500 is going to hurt either. The issue with shifting to 4th at the end of the track is another .2 seconds on no power going to the wheels.

Thats what I figured, plus more overall power at 65 as opposed to 4k during an upshift. so does anyone powershift? is the gas always off when the clutch is in. I just did regular shifting.

Granny shifting not double clutching like you should. LOL little fast and forious quote there.

I never double clutch or power shift, just a clean shift is all I ever do.

that has to be a typo. to run a 7.1 @ 66, then a 14 at 1000', that means it took him 7 seconds to go 340 feet. (not quite right) Not dockin ya matt, i know ya didn't mean anyting by it.
