I've spent too long looking into the abyss. It's starting to look back.

Just an FYI, I made a thread about it. If anyone can throw some useful things at me, go for it.

If everything goes according to plan, I sure will be!

Thanks for the warm welcome, everyone! Hopefully I'll be seeing a few of at the Austin meet up sometime soon. Jason I'm going to bother you to come with me .

Yes...it looks like I'm the typical damsel in distress with my big strong boyfriend riding in on his white horse to fix my car...*yuck* This car seems to be more his than mine haha "Can I drive it, can I drive it, can I drive it?!"

All joking aside, he's doing me a really big favor by helping me out so if you guys have any advice for us don't hesitate to pass it along :D

Thanks again for the welcome!

<3 Cory

Oh fark my ass. Chalk the timing belt up on the things to do. At least that's only $20 for the belt.

Boy do I have my work cut out with this one...

EDIT: Scratch that, it appears that Cory wants to put on her big girl panties. Have fun changing the timing belt lol.

Oh I will, thank you!

*Edit* Errmm...maybe I won't. I'm all about trying to do things myself but...that looks way out of my league...

Most people but the timing belt kit with replacement pulleys. Here's a reference thread with some part numbers http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=240607
