koke'sfocus turbo build

Ok guys im gonna start building my bottom end cause im started to hear some rod knock it was passing alittle oil to cylinder #1 so now is time.
I just got a stupid cheap deal on a d20 I got it for 200dlls but it doesn't end here I got too cossie main and rod bearing in the deal so I basically got the d20 for free is in very good conditions only needs the head gasket and thats it, so now im debating which to build, cause I was gonna swap the bottom end into my 2.3 head and build my 2.3 bottom end and I know its better if I build my 2.3 block. But is it that different im asking hp wise to build the d20 against the d23? Here are some pics

I would assume the 2.3 would output more hp than the 2.0 with less boost

Its the torque you have to look for not the HP and a larger cubic inch will make more TQ , sell the 2.0 make a few bucks if you can and buy a 2.5 short block and put that in , at the very least do the 2.3

So you are saying I should get a 2.5 whole block? Or only the block? Is alittle difficult for me to get the block only
