Problem in startup

Hello to everybody i am George from Greece i have small problem and i want share it with you and maybe you can help me.

My Ford focus 2001 benzine 1.4 zetec-s. I change engine two months ago it was zetec-se and now is zetec-s, its work perfect but the problem i had on my old engine(zetec-se) remain in the new engine.
The problem is when i turn my key to start up, for seconds i hear sound like soft explosion (paffff) from the front of engine is not appear every time but 2 times in the week, its appear only when i start the engine and many times in the cold engine. one time happen when i start up i hear that sound and i see a white smoke coming from the front. after that the engine take start and works perfect and nothing suspicious i cant see and hear. i dont know what it is but i have my air-con fault, my battery i think is ok and dynamo is ok. i change a week ago ignition coil so its works very good and fast without misfires. If anybody had the same problems or same sound please send me message.
