Here are the simple engine bolt-ons I can think of: Intake, Throttle Body, Intake Manifold, Exhaust Manifold (header), Plugs, Wires, Coil,

I suppose a turbo kit would technically bolt on too

Best bet is for you to read the other 100 or so posts on this site vs. everyone replying. This appears to have been discussed so many times and no one really knows your financial position.

Just search under "Wish List" and you'll be amazed at what you find.

Depending on how low you want to go, then coil overs may not be the way to go. If you want the adjustability to change your height and u have a chunk a change to spend then coil overs are good. If pearland has smooth streets and you dont really travel where there are bad streets then you could do a 2 inch drop and still be good, up to u. As in engine, theres alot of possiblities but i dont know any cuz i have an spi. Interior, you could paint all the plastic parts like some of us have done already or wrap them in vinyl. Lights, u could get projectors or stock lights depending on what you want. Body, you could get the rs kit like u said or get a body kit from Extreme Dimensions, or find an svt bumper. Just depends on how much u wanna spend and whats availiable.
