Not gonna happen. No base tune yet and need to do loads more work.

I have family plans in the early afternoon, so I don't know it I will get to work on it at all g.

Did some work but some damn problems happened:

1) one of the bolts stripped the threads in the head for the exhaust manifold.
2) the turbo exhaust housing is seized and I can't align the drain tube properly

Anyways, installed everything and was going to put on the dp and bolt everything up, but took everything back off due to the above problems.

Inspected the windage tray and looked inside and everything also seemed fine.

I got a great tap and die kit from sears with everything I'll ever possibly need...



Sunday morning @ 9 starting to work on it and fix the bolt, get larger stud and just use that. I might just get metric studs for the entire manifold. Hopefully I'll bolt the whole assembly back AND receive the gasket I need.

Also, I ordered 4 sets of Motorcraft AZFS22C spark plugs.

loosen, spray with wd40, and beat the hell out of that exhaust housing with a rubber mallet.

there isnt a 5/8 tap in that set.. i needed one the other day
