The small -6 lines are the coolant overflow line, the small one going to coolant crossover, which isn't much bigger than -6, and the turbo water lines. The main 2 are -16 and huge. With those two -10an additions, it'll run almost like stock w no issued I think. Those lines will all be more than large enough. You look at the duratec coolant lines at all? half the lines up top are as small as -4an lines...super small and no issues.

Looks good, if you don't have fitting wrenches (like me) use a little maskin tape on the inside of the wrench so the fittings won't scratch.

I bought a full set of wrenches 6-, -8, -10, -12, -16. I just need a -4an one lol.
Some I scratched before I got those wrenches :( The straight -6an hose end i put on the tstat housing up there was old and used, hence the gnarly scratches lol

...oh, one other thing...I did add both of those lines on the thermostat as -6an.
The top is for the 90* fitting is for the overflow lines, which is perfectly fine being small. Should I change the -6an I added and make it -10an? That is for the line that plugs into the tstat housing and goes over the tranny and into the firewall plug...what is that line for, anyways? Is it fine being -6an? Is it a bypass for the thermostat? It doesn't seem like it goes into the motor at all...and there are 2 lines that are maybe a -10an relative size right there, one goes into the radiator. Why do those 2 lines go from the thermostat into the firewall and back in the radiator for??

I still use tape LOL, that line is for the heater, down here I don't use any of those.

Haha, it's fine with -an wrenches with nothing on there...I've used standard open-ended wrenches and it's scracthed...I've used tape on those since, after I saw how badly it scratches!

Exactly, and OEM lines are pretty small anyway, don't think it will restrict the heater.
