I loosened, sprayed, and hit the shit out of it and nothing. Tried a torch also, still nothing. Might take it to a place close by and have them do it.

SIDE NOTE (and could be a big problem):
- Had a guy that supposedly knows a lot about turbo chargers look at it and he said my turbo is no good for anything more than 5psi, if that, because it is "dusted" because he says the impaler blades are polished/sand blasted, meaning that debris was going into the turbo from the intake side.

- I won't say anything else now until this is confirmed or denied by Top Speed and possibly another place or two, but if this is the case, one of the companies here is gonna have a very pissed off customer for selling me a busted turbo.

Is that the powder coat chipping off? Cause if so, does that mean it's used and they just powder coated it?

It is ceramic coated on the hot side and polished on the intake side.

It was bought used from one of the sponsor companies on here last year and I'm just getting to build the car now due to funds.

It was used but supposedly "like new, only used on our test vehicle for very few miles"

Same here. So far from responses I have been getting, the guy at the shop doesn't know what he's talking about and the turbo looks completely fine and there is no shaft play anyways.

If there is no shaft play then I'd say it's fine. But how much PSI is it pushing?

I'll push 12psi with the stock engine when 18-22 psi with the built engine before I get a new bigger turbo and maybe bigger setup.
