I’m by no means an expert on tuning, but I’ll ask a dumb question. Are you exceeding your fuel tables? It probably was looked at.

Also how fresh is your fuel filter.

The helmet has a special meaning for many drivers. How important is it to you? - It protects my head.

Do you have any special rituals when the helmet is concerned like many have? - I wipe it so that I can see better.

Fuel pump, both pickup socks, and fuel filter were are replaced at the same time, maybe 2000 miles ago. Car hasn't been driven much as i have been fixing one problem after the next or installing new upgraded parts.

I’m not sure but when the pressure release valve in the pump housing bleeds off would you pick that up in data log, again I’m not an expert in these matters.

How much does the GT pump flow? I’m using a DeatschWerks 265 LPH pump at 300 whp I was 93% of the pump.

In open loop your STFT should just report the target AFR in the base fuel table. If your STFT starts reporting again while in WOT, then the computer thinks it should be in closed loop again, which will definitely spike your AFR.
Looking at your log, it appears as though it's kicking out of open loop.
Have Fernando check your "Fuel Open Loop TP" table, at least that's what it's called for my Duratec.

EDIT: This is all said just by looking at the screen shot... if you want to send me the log file PM me and I'll give you my email and take a peek.

Can you list or describe all the problems you're having again? I scanned through the threads last two pages and didn't see it directly listed.

I think you're having either one of two issues or possibly both.

Overboosting and lean?

It seems the 'failed MAF' tables (fn1036a &b) are setting your load and back calculating you a NA type of fueling.
The time stamp appears to be at 41s but the change on stft is a few seconds later.
What is the MAF counts when that happens?

The overboosting i have under control now. The going lean issue is the main issue now.

Fernando @ RPS is doing the tuning so i can't access his files. Tried swapping out the O2 but that made no difference.

Here it is with the time stamp right on the moment it switches to 1.203.

The fuel_source = 1 indicates injector cutout. What is your rpm limiter set to?
The requsted stft indicates the correct value when in torque reduction. Have him check what the rpm limiter is set to.
