He already did thinking that was the issue, the position does not let the pressure escape freely. If he uses the same manifold I suggested cleaning and clearing internally and using a 15psi spring, TS should be responsible and solve the problem.

Oh. I must have messed that. My bad.
If mother focus idea doesn't work. You can also try the 5 bolt exhaust housing with waste gate hole. Just food for thought.

2 big hoses to the vac block should be 1 to the intake manifold as the source and the other to the brake booster/check valve.

Did that as mentioned above. Tired rebuilding my original wastegate same problem, borrowed a friends and had the same problem. figured it was just to small and changed it out to a 45mm Hypergate from Turbosmart and same problem.

what is your target boost pressure? is it at least staying steady? if it wont hold 7psi but target is 18 then why worry about it. unless boost is acting weird along with the inability to hold low pressure
