Turbo is pushing air out the drain into the oil pan. Found it while boost leak testing the system. Pressurized the system to 15 psi and there was bubbling in my oil. Pulled the turbo drain hose of the oil pan and confirmed that it is blowing air into the oil. so basically every time i was boosting i was also pressurizing the crankcase. Could have it rebuilt but it's not the turbo i wanted for the new system anyways so i will just put that money towards the new one.

I am not sure what your saying , Are you saying you put 15psi to the turbo and its blowing by the seals and into the oil drain back hose to the pan?

If so this would be common sense the turbo isnt spinning , there is no oil psi to psi the seals to hold and it isnt hot

Where did you source the adjustable wastegate cap? I have that same wastegate, but didn't know there was an adjustable cap for it.

Just call Turbonetics and they will give you the part numbers and where to buy them.

All Turbonetics does is drill and tap the top then install a stud and locking nut and washer
Most guys can do that with out paying for it
