Cory, any difficulty switching over to the svt pump? Was looking at picking one up myself for the same reasons. Dunno if its the same as with the 01 but I know its not a direct swap.

The SVT pump was a direct replacement for the original pump, plug and all. The GT pump required me to use spade connectors, had to file the pump itself for it to sit properly in the fuel hat which was easy to do. Just needed a little of the plastic removed around the spade connectors. Also had to leave a small section of the tubing that comes on the GT pump on the barb to make it fit the without snug.

i bought an svt pump with the purpose of switching out and i didnt go that route cuz it wasnt a direct swap
