Yes it should, seems like everything is fine until you get up top which is where the turbo chokes out from that exhaust housing. check for other restrictions tho.

Actually after looking again it seems tune related. with a housing being to small it would drop off without picking back up. But on your graph it picks back up so it shows the turbo is still breathing. i would go over the tune again.

is this a journal bearing turbo?

with a .48 housing, shouldnt it be hitting full tq before 5k rpm?

it's an old style Turbonetics turbo so they no longer have the .63 a/r exhaust housings in stock. Have to search around for one and hope to find it or have a custom one made. If i can find one im not going to put anymore money into this turbo for a custom made one. i'll just save that cash and put it toward the new turbo. sucks cause if they had it in stock it's only $200 and thats not bad to see if it fixes the problem.
