After meeting up with SMITHBOY76908, I've deceided I am just going to throw the little breather filter on the value cover for the PCV system. I was also shown another vacuum line for my boost reference so I will not have to pull the intake manifold.

Last weekend I picked up my other 3" to 2.5" coupler for the other side of the MAF sensor tube I have. I also got the final piece to attach my oil feed compression fitting to my oil filter sandwich adapter from Glowshift. This coming weekend I am going to tap out the intercooler pipe where I am going to mount my BOV. I still need to purchase one more 180* bend intercooler pipe to complete my charge piping after the intercooler.

I've been in contact with McNews and I'm planning on going to them on October 18th for tuning. The weekend of October 16th I will pull my exhaust manifold, mount the turbo manifold, turbo, downpipe, finish the last pieces of my intercooler piping, attach oil feed and drain lines, run vacuum lines for boost reference to BOV and boost gauge, mount my 3-gauge pillar pod (boost, oil pressure, AEM wideband), install manual boost controller, double check everything, load the base tune and fire it up.

Sounds like a lot but really isn't and I'll have an entire weekend to finish it up before heading to McNews. Of course I'll take lots of pics and a video of the start up.

Update:

Called McNews today. Official tuning date is October 18th at 9 AM. Very friendly and answered all my questions. Can't wait to get up there! I know I won't sleep much that night. LOL!

Update: 10/3/2010

Well I got my BOV fitting put into the intercooler pipe coming out of the intercooler. (Sorry no pics but you will see the finished product). I just order 2, 2.5" U-bend intercooler pipes to complete my charge piping after the intercooler to the throttle body. Two weeks till tune time!

I also got my hardware assembled and sealed in my oil filter sandwich adapter from Glowshift. I love having this piece; it makes things a lot easier. All connections are Teflon'd and tight! I have my oil feed line and oil pressure sender in there. Also have two more ports for oil temp, oil cooler, etc.

Why did you go with a sandwich plate? we have planty of oil press holes. just asking

When I initially tried to install the oil pressure sender into the stock location (on my 2005) with the brass fittings I ran into a problem. I had to remove the oil filter adapter that was attached to the block, assemble everything, then reattach. Then I developed a massive oil leak from between the block and adapter plate (Was even seeping through the 4 bolts). I figured the gasket would be OK with on 50K on the car. Then I was out a car on a Sunday night until Wednesday (keep in mind I go to school 90 mins away from my house) when I picked up the new gasket from Ford. I put the new gasket in, removed what I had added with the brass fittings, and sealed the bolts with red loctite. The sandwich plate was a no brainier after that.

So really just an easier way to go after the bad luck I had with the initial install.

you need to replace that AN fitting looks like you nicked the cone it will most likely leak.
