Installed the restrictor. Removed the valve cover hose to the ground and ported it into the intake side of the turbo piping (I have a blow through setup). So PCV system is in check and the restrictor is installed. So far no more smoke.

And the turbo is a whole different beast now with the restrictor installed. The excess oil must of been really restricting it. Thanks to everyone for their help.

Installed the Top Speed PCV delete. Valve cover and block are now vented to the ground. Engine feels a lot better without the PCV going into the intake.

I'm still getting smoking at idle sporadically. There is still no shaft play in my turbo and it builds boost like the day I put it on. I believe my oil drain line is too small. The internal diameter is only about 3/8"...maybe a -4 or -6 AN line. It was the line that came with my kit so I didn't bother to change it. The engine is still running strong; not burning oil or loosing coolant.

I ordered FSwerk's Stainless steel braided upgraded line with fittings. Vik confirmed that this new line is -8 AN so it should be plenty big enough. Hopefully I can get it installed this weekend.

Almost 134k miles and running strong

Have said for year they PCV shouldnt be running to the engine

You dont need the delete kit to take this off the PCV on the duratec actually the stock plastic PCV system cannister is a very good unit , just cut the bottom of the PCV and hook a 3/8 hose to it and vent it , plug the hose to the manifold

And you are right good sir; I like it much better since there are no longer any oily gases and air going into my intake.. I did see that sporadic did that exact same thing you mentioned.
